认识变速箱油的关键性!

  我们知道,自动变速箱是个非常复杂精密的仪器,它的作用是把发动机的动力传递到车辆的行驶系统上。

  在传递动力的过程中,变速箱有个很重要的部件,叫“液力变矩器”(Torque Converter,下文简称“TC”)

  我们先来看一个例子:一个风扇通上电,对着另一个没通电的风扇猛吹,这个时候那个风扇扇叶肯定也会被吹动。而TC,工作原理就是那么简单。

  Let's take an example first: when a fan is powered on and blows fiercely at another fan that is not powered on, the fan blades will definitely be blown as well. And TC, the working principle is so simple.

  不过在两个风扇之间,传递动力的是空气,而TC里面传递动力的就是变速箱油,这就是“液力变矩器”的“液”字所指。

  变速箱油的第一个作用就是传递动力。但是不仅是液力变矩器需要变速箱油传递动力哦,变速箱内的很多液压机械也需要变速箱油来推动,比如负责换挡的阀体。

  为了传递动力,变速箱油还必须有抗泡性,就是抵抗生成泡沫的能力。在传递动力的过程中,液体因为其不可被压缩而效率很高。但是空气如果混进液体中,通过液力变矩器的不停搅和,就会产生了泡沫,显著降低传递动力的效率。

  In order to transmit power, the transmission oil must also have anti foaming property, that is, the ability to resist the generation of foam. In the process of transmitting power, liquids are highly efficient due to their incompressibility. However, if air is mixed into the liquid and continuously stirred by the hydraulic torque converter, foam will be produced, which will significantly reduce the efficiency of power transmission.

  在液力变矩器后面,是变速箱丰富多彩复杂难懂的机械结构。这些机械结构也都是齿轮、摩擦片等组成,和其他机械一样,这些相互接触传递动力的机械结构也需要润滑和散热。

  厂商越来越重视变速箱油,也是因为它是确保变速箱总成正常工作的根基要素。因为变速箱性能千差万别,不同型号变速箱的性能诉求也是千差万别。而变速箱油是变速箱执行换挡动作、散发热量和润滑齿轮的载体,自然要承担很多的考验。

  Manufacturers are increasingly valuing transmission oil because it is a fundamental element in ensuring the normal operation of the transmission assembly. Because the performance of transmissions varies greatly, the performance demands of different models of transmissions also vary greatly. And transmission oil is the carrier for the gearbox to perform shifting actions, dissipate heat, and lubricate gears, naturally bearing many challenges.

If there is a significant change in viscosity, all matching and calculations made during the design phase will be ineffective.

  这也是长期使用后的变速箱,都会出现换挡顿挫,而换过变速箱油后,情况就会明显改善的原因——换油前,老油的粘度已经无法和新油相比;换油后则恢复到设计时的理想状态。

  This is also the reason why gearboxes that have been used for a long time will experience shifting jerks, and after changing the transmission oil, the situation will significantly improve - before changing the oil, the viscosity of the old oil can no longer be compared to the new oil; After changing the oil, it will return to the ideal state as designed.

  在一些极端的案例中,用错了变速箱油,还会导致变速箱的烧毁。因为不仅仅是粘度经过仔细计算、匹配,散热也是经过精心设计的。

  In some extreme cases, using the wrong transmission oil can also cause the transmission to burn out. Because not only is viscosity carefully calculated and matched, but heat dissipation is also carefully designed.

  如果变速箱油的承载热量的能力过强或过弱,都会导致散热机构效能降低,从而影响散热,导致变速箱烧毁。

  If the heat carrying capacity of the transmission oil is too strong or too weak, it will lead to a decrease in the efficiency of the heat dissipation mechanism, thereby affecting heat dissipation and causing the transmission to burn out.
