As the radiator is located outside the transmission, ATF has already flowed out of the transmission and then flows back into the transmission through the radiator's return pipe. The secondary oil circuit is usually referred to as the lubrication circuit, which is used to lubricate planetary gears and other mechanisms to prevent them from overheating and burning out; Finally, these lubricating oils flow back to the oil pan located at the bottom of the transmission, completing one cycle. As the oil pump continues to operate, the ATF circulates back and forth. Therefore, in automatic transmission maintenance work, the cleaning and cleaning of parts are crucial. Usually, we use kerosene to clean parts. Some small repair shops, in order to save money, repeatedly use a small amount of kerosene to clean parts, and then dry them with compressed air. As a result, the automatic transmission faults that were repaired continued to occur, and even after replacing the hydraulic valve body with a new one, it remained the same. Because impurities have been introduced into the hydraulic circulation system of the automatic transmission, they always appear like chronic diseases, and the root cause cannot be found. This situation requires thorough cleaning and cleansing of the entire hydraulic system circuit in order to completely eliminate the fault.

Some gaskets inside the hydraulic torque converter, worn locking pistons, and the inner wall of the front cover. When cutting open an old hydraulic torque converter, it is often seen that the copper layer of the bimetallic gasket has been worn off, and the introduction is also worn by the gasket. Some of the debris from the friction plates comes from the clutch inside the automatic transmission, and some comes from the locking friction plates inside the hydraulic torque converter. Especially the locking friction plate, the debris generated by it will contaminate the hydraulic torque converter, radiator, hydraulic valve body, and solenoid valve with the flow of ATF.

Cutting open the hydraulic torque converter for refurbishment is a standard automatic transmission maintenance process, but due to limited conditions, many maintenance companies do not have this equipment. Therefore, great caution should be taken when cleaning hydraulic torque converters, and if not mastered, new parts can be replaced. There are also many cleaning issues with radiators, as their internal pipes are bent and circuitous, making it difficult to ensure cleaning effectiveness even when subjected to high pressure during cleaning. Therefore, cleaning the radiator is not as simple as imagined. If compressed air is used for cleaning, it is even more difficult to guarantee, because even severely clogged radiators can allow compressed air to flow through, giving people a smooth feeling.
液压阀体中的锁止阀和阀孔都比较容易磨损。这是因为油路循环的特点使ATF从散热器流出后,首先流到液压阀体中的锁止阀,从散热器带出来的杂质很容易卡主或者磨损锁止阀套,同时也会磨损阀孔。在这种情况下,仅仅更换锁止阀套已经不能解决此处的问题,必须通过阀孔进行铰孔并安装增大型锁止阀和阀套,否则就应该更换液压阀体。
The locking valve and valve hole in the hydraulic valve body are prone to wear and tear. This is because the characteristic of oil circulation causes ATF to flow out of the radiator and first to the lock valve in the hydraulic valve body. Impurities carried out from the radiator can easily get stuck or wear out the lock valve sleeve, and also wear out the valve hole. In this case, simply replacing the locking valve sleeve cannot solve the problem here. It is necessary to drill the valve hole and install an enlarged locking valve and valve sleeve, otherwise the hydraulic valve body should be replaced.
