故障诊断:到奥迪服务站进行检查,通过诊断仪诊断,自动变速器控制单元无故障码,动态数据流也没有异常。发动机控制系统检测,显示正常。所有车身电路用诊断仪检测,显示正常。在电路没有故障的情况下,只有怀疑机械和油路两个方面的问题。首先选择更换阀体总成,路试后故障现象依旧没有改变。提出更换自动变速器总成,车主觉得难以接受。于是到传星自动变速箱进行维修。

从机械元件工作表可以看出,2挡升3挡时B1制动器要泄油,K2离合器要供油,如果B1延迟泄油会发生冲击,如果K2提前接合也会发生冲击,两种可能性其中存在一个。再分析4挡升5挡冲击,是K1离合器要泄油,K2离合器要供油,在此出现第二次升挡冲击又有K2参与,怀疑K2提前工作的可能性要大一点。再看6挡降5挡冲击,是B1泄油,K2供油,在此又出现K2,怀疑K2提前接合的可能性更大。再看4挡降3挡冲击,是K3泄油,又是K2供油。故障目标应该锁定在K2离合器,但是还要分析引起K2离合器工作不正常的原因到底是在油路还是在机械方面?按照先易后难的方法,从油路方面分析,油路是受自动变速器控制单元控制的,如果自动变速器控制单元不提前控制工作,油路是不会自动提前供油的。也就是说,该车油路控制只会延迟不会提前(油路太脏会引起阀杆运动延迟)。把自动变速器拆卸分解,发现K2离合器活塞的锥形回位弹片断裂。

Further analysis of the impact of shifting from 4th gear to 5th gear shows that the K1 clutch needs to drain oil and the K2 clutch needs to supply oil. In this case, there is a second upshift impact involving K2, and it is suspected that K2 may have started working earlier. Looking at the impact of shifting from 6th gear to 5th gear again, it is B1 leaking oil and K2 supplying oil. Here, K2 appears again, and it is suspected that K2 may have engaged earlier. Looking at the impact of downshifting from 4th gear to 3rd gear, it's K3 leaking oil and K2 supplying oil. The fault target should be locked in the K2 clutch, but it is also necessary to analyze whether the cause of the abnormal operation of the K2 clutch is in the oil circuit or in the mechanical aspect? According to the method of "easy first, difficult later", from the perspective of oil circuit analysis, the oil circuit is controlled by the automatic transmission control unit. If the automatic transmission control unit does not control the work in advance, the oil circuit will not automatically supply oil in advance. That is to say, the oil circuit control of the vehicle will only delay and not advance (too dirty an oil circuit can cause a delay in valve stem movement). Disassembling the automatic transmission revealed that the conical return spring of the K2 clutch piston was broken.
由于锥形回位弹片断裂,两块固定锥形弹片的卡片都掉在两边。由于K2离合器活塞泄油时没有弹片帮助活塞回位,K2离合器摩擦片就没有间隙,润滑油进不到K2离合器摩擦片表面,摩擦片干摩擦后烧片。又由于K2离合器片没有间隙,供油时K2离合器马上就接合;没有缓冲,造成升挡降挡都冲击,挂倒挡时也有冲击。故障目标确定,随进行更换,完成后反复试车,故障排除。

Identify the target of the fault, replace it immediately, and conduct repeated testing after completion to eliminate the fault.
