自动变速箱打滑是自动变速箱的常见故障之一。而自动变速箱漏油是造成自动变速箱打滑的最前期原因。液压控制系统的各连接部位上都有油封和密封垫,这些部件是常发生漏油的地方。液压系统漏油会引起油路压力下降,而油位下降则会引起自动变速箱打滑。自动变速箱打滑故障,总的来说,都可以通过自动变速箱油位与品质来分辨。如自动变速箱油位过低,但无杂质,则查找漏油处进行修复故障基本可排除;如自动变速箱油位过高,无杂质,调整自动变速箱油位,故障基本可排除;如自动变速箱油呈棕黑色或有烧焦味,则应拆解变速箱,排查是否内部零件(摩擦片、制动带等)存在磨损。
Automatic transmission slippage is one of the common faults in automatic transmissions. And automatic transmission oil leakage is the earliest cause of automatic transmission slippage. The various connection parts of the hydraulic control system are equipped with oil seals and gaskets, which are common sources of oil leakage. Hydraulic system oil leakage can cause a decrease in oil circuit pressure, while a decrease in oil level can cause automatic transmission slippage. Automatic transmission slip faults can be identified by the oil level and quality of the automatic transmission. If the oil level of the automatic transmission is too low but there are no impurities, the fault can be basically eliminated by searching for the oil leakage and repairing it; If the automatic transmission oil level is too high and there are no impurities, adjusting the automatic transmission oil level can basically eliminate the fault; If the automatic transmission oil is brownish black or has a burnt smell, the transmission should be disassembled and checked for internal parts (friction plates, brake bands, etc.) that are worn.
1、液压油油面太低;液压油油面太高,运转中被行星排剧烈搅动后产生大量气泡;
