Aging transmission oil will lose these functions, leading to gear shifting jerks, high temperatures, and increased internal wear. Many car owners are very concerned about the engine oil and must change it after 5000 kilometers, but the transmission oil can be dragged for 100000 kilometers without changing it - this is the most fatal and easily overlooked maintenance misconception.

多久换一次？ AT变速箱理论换油周期为5年或10万公里，CVT约10万公里，DCT约6万公里。但实际用车工况恶劣（频繁堵车、短途行驶）应缩短换油里程。高速行驶较多的车辆建议4万公里左右更换一次。原厂建议6-8万公里更换一次，潮湿地区可缩短至4-5万公里。

How often do you change it? The theoretical oil change interval for AT transmission is 5 years or 100000 kilometers, CVT is about 100000 kilometers, and DCT is about 60000 kilometers. But in actual harsh driving conditions (frequent traffic jams, short distance travel), the oil change mileage should be shortened. It is recommended to replace vehicles that drive at high speeds every 40000 kilometers. The original factory recommends replacing every 60000 to 80000 kilometers, and in humid areas, it can be shortened to 40000 to 50000 kilometers.

重力换油 vs 循环换油，差多少？ 卸下油底壳螺丝漏掉旧油再加入新油，只能换上约30%的新油，70%的旧油仍残留在变速箱内。拆卸油底壳换油可达到70%的换油率。目前非常好的方法是动态换油（循环换油） ——使用专用设备，在变速箱运转过程中将旧油充分循环、排放干净，换油率高达90%以上。

What is the difference between gravity oil change and circulation oil change? Removing the oil pan screws and leaking old oil before adding new oil can only replace about 30% of the new oil, and 70% of the old oil still remains in the gearbox. Disassembling the oil pan for oil change can achieve a 70% oil change rate. The current best method is dynamic oil change (cyclic oil change) - using specialized equipment to fully circulate and drain old oil during transmission operation, with an oil change rate of over 90%.

型号绝对不能乱换！ 变速箱油不是随便换的。变速箱里面的电磁阀以变速箱油为媒介，油的粘度在很大程度上决定电磁阀的合理度。更换了型号不一样的变速箱油，可能导致换挡异常甚至进入应急模式。建议使用车辆厂家认证或推荐的变速箱油。

The model must not be changed randomly! Transmission oil is not changed casually. The solenoid valve inside the gearbox uses gearbox oil as a medium, and the viscosity of the oil largely determines the accuracy of the solenoid valve. Replacing the gearbox oil with a different model may result in abnormal gear shifting or even entering emergency mode. It is necessary to use transmission fluid certified or recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.

换油时别忘了换油格。 就像换机油同时要换机滤一样，换变速箱油时油格（滤清器）也需要更换。油格在变速箱中起过滤净化作用，油格坏了，内部杂质就会循环增多，精密元件就容易卡滞。

Don't forget to change the oil grid when changing the oil. Just like changing the engine oil and filter at the same time, the oil grid (filter) also needs to be replaced when changing the transmission oil. The oil grid plays a filtering and purifying role in the gearbox. If the oil grid is damaged, the internal impurities will circulate and increase, making it easy for precision components to get stuck.

如何检查变速箱油是否该换了？ 将变速箱预热到50℃左右，将挡位杆在各挡位停留2秒钟后置于停车挡，油尺正常油面应位于非常高与非常低线之间。油液颜色正常是透明红色，如果发现浑浊、发黑或有金属碎屑，就得及时送修。

How to check if the transmission oil should be changed? Preheat the gearbox to around 50 ℃, hold the gear lever in each gear for 2 seconds, and then place it in the parking gear. The normal oil level on the dipstick should be between the highest and lowest lines. The normal color of the oil is transparent red. If turbidity, blackening, or metal debris is found, it should be sent for repair in a timely manner.
